Bekannt für seine Rolle als Roy Kent in der Apple TV Sportkomödie-Serie Ted Lasso, erhielt er den Primetime Emmy Award als herausragender Nebendarsteller in einer Comedyserie für jede der ersten beiden Staffeln. Er ist auch Mitschöpfer der Comedyserie Shrinking (2023).
