Joan Van Ark (* 16. Juni 1943) ist eine US-amerikanische Schauspielerin, die vor allem durch ihre Rolle als Valene Ewing in der erfolgreichen CBS-Serie „Dallas“ bekannt wurde und diese 13 Staffeln lang in deren langjährigem Ableger „Unter der Sonne Kaliforniens“ verkörperte. Van Ark wurde außerdem mit einem Theatre World Award ausgezeichnet und für einen Tony Award nominiert.
